Descripción del Trabajo	Infragistics is looking for a talented, motivated, and enthusiastic person to join the Uruguay Visual Design Team as a Front-end Developer. Infragistics is well-known in the software developer industry, particularly amongst .NET developers, as the number one maker of UI components (a.k.a., widgets) and tools. Infragistics continues to build new ASP.NET AJAX controls that leverage the power of ASP.NET AJAX. Our new controls are lightweight, fast, great performing controls that let you build User Interfaces for line of business RIAs (Rich Internet Applications) with incredible Web 2.0 experiences. Over 50 visual and non-visual controls are included in our ASP.NET UI toolset, and you get all of the most flexible, advanced controls you need to rapidly build and style high-fidelity, full-featured ASP.NET line of business applications. Things You’ll Do • Work closely with cross-functional teams in the planning, design and implementation of effective ASP.NET AJAX controls • Design and accurately convert visual designs into working controls and web pages (using HTML, CSS, JavaScript) • Develop responsive, efficient, cross-browser functionality • Actively contribute to the design and architecture of solutions • Audit and optimize existing code base and content • When needed, you will work with designers to make recommendations and ensure a high level of usability Requirements • Two years of ASP.NET web application development experience • Strong proficiency in standards-based web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) • Visual design skills including layout, information design, typography, and color usage • Expert level skills in Adobe Creative Suite 4, Fireworks/Photoshop. • Keen eye for implementing designs down to the last detail • Deep knowledge of browser quirks and best practices with strong debugging skills • Passion for simple, usable and user-centered solutions • Familiarity with Agile development processes • Have an online portfolio of past projects that demonstrates abilities • Clear English oral communication and writing skills We can offer you: • Competitive remuneration package and benefits, based on personal achievements • Friendly working environment in a team of highly motivated people • Opportunity to contribute to the develop of truly interesting software products Please complete your BuscoJobs CV and include an English CV before applying to this offer.
